As illustrated in Fig. 1, the TBMC materials were fabricated through a one-pot sol-gel coating method, using TEOS as a porogen agent and resorcinol-formaldehyde (RF) as a carbon precursor. When TEOS, R, and F were added to a CNT dispersion in an ammonia-ethanol-water mixture, two stӧber reactions (i.e., hydrolysis/polymerization of TEOS and polymerization of RF) occurred [45], [46], respectively, producing SiO2 and RF resin phases deposited onto the surface of CNTs by their individual
